4. School

5. Clubs or Schools previously played

6. Position played

7. Parent/Guardian's name

8. Parent/Guardian's mobile number

After submitting your details, successful applicants will be invited to our Sunday training session for a trial

Candidates must ensure they have informed their parents before applying and only fully vaccinated players can attend trials
